I’m Amy Greene Melvin, a proud mother of two incredible sons. I am a lifelong seeker of happiness. Every day, I choose to live fully, find joy, and stay true to who I am. I love traveling, creating, writing, dreaming, inspiring others, and simply being myself.

I am always in motion — but I’m also learning to honor life in stillness. You’ll find me skiing, golfing, mountain biking, riding motorcycles, hiking, or exploring new places in my van, Mo. I find deep meaning in connection — with the people I love, and just as importantly, building a relationship with myself.

My greatest adventure so far? The journey inward.

That path of self-exploration has led me to the most fulfilling relationship — the one I have with myself. It’s where I found clarity, confidence, peace, and a deep sense of belonging that no external achievement or relationship can provide.

I love speaking and writing, and my purpose is to help others discover their self-worth. I believe that increasing self-worth is one of the most powerful things we can do — for ourselves, our families, and the world around us. When we know our worth, everything changes.

That belief led me to write my first book:
