I’m Amy—a proud mom of two incredible sons, a lifelong seeker of joy, and someone who believes deeply in living fully and authentically. I love adventure, creativity, travel, and meaningful connection—both with others and, just as importantly, with myself.

My life has been shaped by movement and stillness: skiing, golfing, mountain biking, exploring new places in my van, Mo—and learning to slow down enough to listen inward. My greatest adventure has been the journey back to myself.

That journey led me to clarity, confidence, and self-worth—the kind that doesn’t come from achievement or relationships, but from within. It’s also what fuels my passion for writing, speaking, and coaching.

In 2024, I published my first book,
Full Speed in Reverse: Awakening Self-Worth, Happiness, and Purpose—written for anyone ready to transform their past into strength and build a foundation of self-trust and peace.
